Participation requires trust.
So does placement.

This page explains the limited information collected when you register a briefing preference, email a Creative Direction or submit a participation signal.

Only collect what has somewhere to go.

These forms exist to maintain a public rhythm, deliver a private Creative Direction and route people toward a relevant project, formation pathway, city or system.

What we collect

A briefing form records your email, optional name and chosen rhythm. A Creative Direction email contains your name, email and the answers you choose to enter. A placement form records your name, email, location, selected pathway and the context you provide.

Why we use it

Information is used to maintain your stated preference, deliver the private summary you request, assess a participation signal, group local demand and route relevant capability. It is not sold.

Who can see it

Creative Direction answers are not published or added to a briefing list. Public submissions are held in a restricted routing desk available to authorised Heaven on Earth stewards. They do not appear publicly unless separate consent is obtained.

How long it is held

Email delivery records are retained so failed confirmations can be retried. Other records are retained while a preference remains active or a placement signal may reasonably be assessed. Records can be removed on request.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw a briefing preference. Contact info@heavenonearthhq.com and include your confirmation reference where available.

What confirmation means

An on-screen reference confirms that the record reached the system. It does not guarantee acceptance, project placement, funding, employment or a particular response time.
