Creativity is the ability to produce another way.
Your usefulness is not exhausted by your title, qualifications or place in an existing structure. Your value grows when your presence makes a response possible that was not available before you arrived.
Creativity is not a department
Every part of human life can be rearranged.
You do not need to call yourself creative. You need to become capable of seeing beyond an inherited limit and producing a response that reality can test.
Diplomacy
Discover a third position when two established sides can only see the conflict between them.
Politics
Redesign participation, incentives and public possibility instead of only changing the language around them.
Reform
Change the arrangement producing the outcome, rather than repeatedly responding to its symptoms.
Enterprise
